Vancouver, British Columbia's flagship New Year's Eve electronic event, Contact Music Festival returns after a two-year hiatus. It is the largest indoor music festival in Canada, attracting more than 35,000 people to celebrate the New Year on December 29 and 30. With two stages and an extensive Blueprint Events production, we look forward to celebrating their triumphant return.

Day 1: December 29
4B
Looking for a trap to fall into? You're in luck because 4B is locked and loaded. He's been on the scene for over a decade and has garnered support from dance music titans like Skrillex, Diplo and DJ Snake.
If you're a festival veteran, you might remember the glory days of 2015 when his track Pop Dat took the country by storm. It is still successful today and proves the trap's durability. Relive the glory days with 4B and get ready to blow up your set.

Few artists have made such a lasting impact on the dance music scene as Above & Beyond. The progressive house/trance band have been releasing music for over two decades and have since attracted hundreds of thousands of fans around the world. His two labels, Anjunabeats and Deep House Anjunadeep, have some of the biggest names on the bill, including Jason Ross, Lane 8 and even Seven Lions. In addition to their labels, they also host a weekly radio show called Group Therapy. Each 50-episode run of the show will be celebrated with a curated live festival. In 2019, PNW hosted the 250, and most recently, Los Angeles hosted the ABGT 500.
Above & Beyond are regular performers in the PNW and have performed at the Gorge Amphitheater multiple times. Their Weekender festival in 2022 was the last time they were in the area, though they recently announced another summer event in the Gorge in 2023. ann huxley
A fantastic mix of dubstep, electronica, and trap, Huxley Anne is the perfect rarity for Northwestern bass fans. The Los Angeles artist began his journey to the West Coast working in the recording department of a touring company, writing a wide variety of bass tracks. Today he uses his jazz roots to great success and continues to debut in some of the best concert halls.

If there's one house DJ who's taken the world by storm, it could be James Hype. Hailing from England, the hype started hitting the pavements with some of his R&B and rap remixes like Hotline Bling. After that, he played several concerts in the biggest clubs in Ibiza, Las Vegas and other places. If you have a friend in your dating pool who is still on the edge of EDM but loves the hottest hits (or if you do), bring them over to James Hype. You will not regret!

Level Up's dubstep artists are on the rise, and for good reason. In 2020, he performed at over 20 away events and became a regular part of the lineups at some major festivals. Regularly releasing Dead-run Deadbeats on the Zeds label, Sonja Bronner continues to turn heads with her mashup-filled sets and riddim-infused versions of dubstep classics. Hearing Level Up live is great, whether you've been a fan of dubstep for a decade or recently.

Vancouver, BC icon Madame Lola is sure to put on a show you won't forget. Born in Iran, she began her musical career after moving to Istanbul as a refugee. While living in Turkey, he quickly gained popularity as a solo artist based on the techno and melodic house genres, but he tries not to limit himself to one genre. He moved to Vancouver in 2015 and has been popular ever since. Considered an LGBTQ icon in Vancouver, Madame Lola regularly performs at Pride events. He has also performed with the likes of Fisher, Frankie Wah, Shiba San, and more.
Madeon (DJ set)
Hugo Pierre Leclerc, better known as Madeon, is a well-known icon in the world of dance music. Originally from France and now living in Los Angeles, Madeon started playing music when he was just 11 years old. She took her time launching a highly successful career, gaining international recognition after a viral YouTube video in which she performed 39 pop culture songs live. In 2015, he released his first album "Adventure" and more recently, in 2019, his second album "Good Faith".
Both projects have won awards and Madeon has created an immersive visual experience for the Good Faith Tour. This set will be DJ-ed and offer less than the visual experience created for the Good Faith Live tour, but you'll still be impressed, guaranteed. His taste for electro-pop and house is untouchable: since he was 11 years old he has been on his way to success with creative and complex melodies.
Matrod
Some are destined to be musicians, and Matroda, who grew up in Croatia, is one of them. His classical training on violin, drums and keyboards goes very well with his talents as a producer. Concert tickets sold out around the world and during that time he acquired a loyal following.

Another Vancouver, British America native, Seb-C dominates the club scene at three nightclubs, Celebrity, Bar None and Pierre's in British Columbia. Their mix of hip-hop and EDM attracts fans of all genres and supports some of the best EDM acts around. Names like The Chainsmokers, TIESTO, Benny Benassi and more. Also, Seb-C won the DJ Paradiso competition in 2017.

Subtronics is a household name that almost any dubstep fan will surely recognise. The last few years paved the way for their massive success in 2022, consistently dropping visionary mini albums and some of the most anticipated collaborations with artists like the Zeds Dead, GRiZ and REZZ. Their 2022 debut album FRACTALS peaked at number four on the Billboard Dance/Electronic chart. The accompanying tour included more than 50 stops across the United States, beginning with our home in Seattle. Immerse yourself in the eerie, shrill bass and laugh with Subtronics' many meme samples.

Aussie Wax Motif, aka Danny Chien, has showcased his diverse background with genre-changing releases like Dim Mak, Mad Decent, Fools Gold and more. House of Wax Radio curator and fan favorite G-House Wax Motif is back in the PNW after a lengthy tour of Beyond Wonderland at the Gorge and the 2017 Paradiso slot.

Blossom is quickly becoming a household name among festival lineups, and for good reason. Raised in Phoenix, she is a classically trained musician who began playing at the age of two. His interest in music continued to expand beyond the orchestra and he immersed himself in electronic music production.
Blossom's brand of electronic music is perfect for artists like Dr. Fresh and nostalgic - a mix of bass, house and everything in between.
cedric gervase
Cédric Gervais is a French DJ, producer and actor. He has been active on the dance music scene for more than two decades, playing clubs in Paris and Miami, where he still lives. Although his two full-length albums were released in 2006 and 2011, Gervais remains at the forefront of club music with his powerful pop remixes.
His remix of Lana Del Rey's Summertime Sadness earned him a well-deserved Grammy for Absolute Anthem in 2013. He has since released a remix of Miley Cyrus' Adore You and even a remix of ODESZA's Say My Name. Need I say more when you really wanted to sing along to a family favorite song?
Dambreshki
Dombreschi, the French painter, is also hit in the throat. He's been making music for over a decade and broke into the mainstream in 2015 with the official remix of A-Trak's "We All Fall Down." Meanwhile, he settled with the Frenchman Shami. Together they released Freakin' on Tchami's Confessions label, on which Dombreski has released numerous singles and remixes.
Eli Brown
Catch up with world-renowned (and self-taught) house artist Eli Brown at Cotnact this year. It's perfectly set to take the house scene by storm, with soaring beats and energy that's both frenetic and controlled. Brown showcases dark house music that can fill clubs and warehouses, and it always does in his extensive discography.

Los Angeles duo Andrew Feddick and Joe DePace, formed in Ontario, Canada, released their debut album Armada Music in the fall of 2017. You'll most likely be playing this version of Armada Body , which currently has over 17 million streams. . sound cloud. From the beginning, the duo became a pop and dance music group. Rizzy is also based in Vancouver, British America and is becoming a major player on the local house scene. Stefan Tsunami
Rounding out the lineup as another Vancouver native, Steph Tsunami specializes in a long list of genres too long to list in their entirety. Its most famous sound is house and trap, but it offers you upbeat music and the whole spectrum of electronic music.
SIDE DEATH
Busy and keeping busy as events continue to unfold, SVDDEN DEATH are upping the ante on their career. The Los Angeles artist played the PNW three times last year: 45 East in Portland in July, Bass Canyon in August and Beyond Wonderland in the canyon. We can't wait to see what he does, especially after enjoying his sets throughout the Insomniac Live series in 2020 and 2021. Flip the script and go wild with some demonic bass music before getting into the festive New Years spirit. with friends.

The Chainsmokers, also known as Alex Pell and Drew Taggart, have made the leap from the big venues to the mainstream and are one of EDM's true superstars. They have performed at major festivals around the world, have collaborated with some of the biggest names in music, headlined numerous tours and are likely to be one of Contact's most attended shows.
West Coast
There's no shortage of tech houses along these lines, but Westend will make sure you don't miss out. Tyler Morris, aka Westend, expertly blends methodical production with powerful bass. In 2021, he released a track with CID and it was ranked #10 on Beatport's 2021 Tech House Artist Best Seller. Get up and dance with Westend to ring in the New Year.
ZIK POINT
ZEKE BEATS is a favorite for several reasons. He competed in international vinyl scratch contests and placed fourth in the world. His talent for scratching combines with his talent for production and mixing to deliver phenomenal sound and an even more satisfying live performance. The bassist often scratches live during his performances and makes both crazy mashups and original tracks. It provides a unique experience and shows how creative an electronic music artist can be.
This isn't ZEKE BEATS' first performance in the PNW. Although he is originally from Australia, he now resides in Portland, Oregon. He is also a mainstay at festivals and shows in Shambhala and Bass Canyon and has toured local clubs in Portland and Seattle.
